1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreedomLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. FreedomLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.

2. Description of Service

FreedomLink provides an AI-powered communication platform that facilitates messaging between incarcerated individuals and their families through the existing prison email systems (such as CorrLinks/TRULINCS). Our services include:

AI-assisted question and answer capabilities
Family messaging bridges (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS)
Legal research assistance
Internet search capabilities
Voice message transcription and delivery
Paper mail printing and delivery

3. Account Registration

To use FreedomLink, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FreedomLink for:

Any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activities
Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
Circumventing prison regulations or security measures
Transmitting contraband information, escape plans, or criminal coordination
Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Distributing malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and prison authorities. Any suspicious or illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Subscription & Payments

FreedomLink offers free trials and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Refunds are available per our Refund Policy
Free trial accounts do not require payment information

6. Content & Communications

All messages sent through FreedomLink are subject to review and monitoring in accordance with federal prison communication regulations. You acknowledge that:

Communications through prison email systems may be monitored by prison authorities
FreedomLink may review content for compliance with our Acceptable Use policy
We may refuse to transmit content that violates these Terms
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreedomLink is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Delivery times for messages through prison email systems
The accuracy of AI-generated responses
Availability of prison email systems (which are controlled by the Bureau of Prisons)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreedomLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost messages, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
